Women's and Men's Basketball Championships Information

Official Hotel

Dates: The 2020 GNAC Women’s and Men's Basketball Championships will be held March 5-7 at Royal Brougham Pavilion on the campus of Seattle Pacific University. The top six teams in the final GNAC regular-season standings in each gender will qualify for the event. The winners of the GNAC Championships will automatically qualify for their respective NCAA Division II Championships events which are tentatively slated to begin Friday, March 13. The West Region's No. 1 seed in each gender earns regional hosting rights.

Site: All games will be held at Royal Brougham Pavilion on the Seattle Pacific University campus.

Parking Information: Parking for the 2020 GNAC Basketball Championships will be on streets surrounding the facility. Seattle Pacific lots may be utilized after 5 p.m. on Thursday or Friday and all day on Saturday.

Championship Bracket: The bracket will be announced on www.gnacsports.com at the conclusion of the regular season (Saturday, Feb. 29).

Online Ticket Sales: Tickets are available for online purchase at this link or at gnactickets.com. The championships will be comprised of five separate sessions -- afternoon and evening sessions on Thursday and Friday, and an evening session on Saturday.

Session 1 -- Thursday (noon and 2:15 p.m., men's quarterfinals).

Session 2 -- Thursday (5:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., women's quarterfinals). 

Session 3 -- Friday (noon and 2:15 p.m, men's semifinals). 

Session 4 -- Friday (5:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., women's semifinals). 

Session 5 -- Saturday (5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., men's final and women's final).

Fan Hotel Information: The Radisson Hotel at Seattle International Airport is the designated "fan hotel" for the 2020 GNAC Championships. Special tournament pricing is available. Click here to book online.

Driving Directions
When approaching Seattle from the north on Interstate 5:

  • Take Exit 167 (Mercer-Fairview-Seattle Center)
  • Turn right at exit ramp light and immediately turn left to follow arterial for approximately 1/4 mile in right lane
  • Right lane will exit to Westlake Avenue, where you will continue for approximately 2 miles
  • At intersection of Westlake and Fremont, continue straight through light; street will change from Westlake to Nickerson
  • Continue on Nickerson for approximately a half-mile
  • Brougham Pavilion is located at the northeast corner of Nickerson and Third Avenue West; nearest parking lots are located off Third Ave. West, between W. Dravus to the south and W. Ewing to the north

When approaching Seattle from the north on Interstate 5:

  • Take Exit 169 (Northeast 50th Street)
  • Turn right on 50th Street and continue for approximately 1.5 miles through several lights
  • Turn left (south) at Fremont Avenue (near zoo entrance) and continue for approximately 1.5 miles
  • Immediately after crossing span of Fremont Bridge, turn right for one short block (funeral home on your right) and continue to light
  • Turn diagonally right at light, onto Nickerson Street and continue for one-half mile
  • Brougham Pavilion is located at the northeast corner of Nickerson and Third Avenue West; nearest parking lots are located off Third Ave. West, between W. Dravus to the south and W. Ewing to the north
