Those two blasts made a winner out of Sam Munger, who recorded her 24th win against eight losses Munger, who scattered eight hits, also had a RBI single in the first to extend her hitting streak to 25 games.
Humboldt State scored three runs in the third inning to open up a 5-3 lead in its victory. After the 'Jackets stretched their lead to 6-3 in the fourth, SMU climbed back to within one run on another two-run home run by Jenkins, but that was a close as the Saints could get.
