PORTLAND, Ore. – Simon Fraser women’s basketball alumna Emma Kramer, who recently completed a term as the NCAA national Student Athlete Advisory Committee chair, joined GNAC Insider in the latest episode of the program released on Friday.

Kramer reflected on how her experience as a representative has molded her into the leader she is today. In the latest episode, Kramer delves into her journey as a student-athlete and discusses topics in mental health, student-athlete leadership and life beyond her playing career.

Kramer was a four-year letterwinner on the SFU women’s basketball team, competing from 2018-23 and playing in 101 games during that span.

GNAC Insider is an on-demand podcast that airs periodically throughout the 2023-24 academic year and is hosted by GNAC digital media and marketing assistant Gabbie Ewing.
