PORTLAND, Ore. – Seattle Pacific forward Hannah Huesers collected her second major award as the West Region Player of the Year. Huesers is joined by three Western Washington players on the Division II Women’s Soccer Conference Commissioners Association First Team All-West Region and is one of seven total players from the GNAC to be selected to the all-region team.

Western Washington leads all GNAC teams with four total selections. Forward Catherine Miles, midfielder Savanna Moorehouse and defender Delanee Nilles were named to the first team while midfielder Emily Webster was selected to the second team. Led by Huesers, Seattle Pacific had the remaining three players named all-region. Midfielder Isabel Farrell and defender Shayla Page were named to the region’s second squad to round out the GNAC’s seven selections.

Huesers led the GNAC with 31 points, 14 goals and 91 shots. She was named the GNAC Player of the Year and a First Team All-GNAC selection after leading the Falcons to third place in the GNAC regular season and a runner-up finish at the GNAC Women’s Soccer Championships. After being named the GNAC Player of the Year in 2014, Farrell had another strong showing in her senior season. She ended with 14 points in 17 matches, taking 60 shots.
