Cailin Fellows had a career-high 21 kills, Lindsey Wodrich produced her fourth double-double of the year and Shelby Swanson earned a career-high 58 assists as 16th-ranked Seattle Pacific bounced back from a first-set loss to beat Central Washington, 23-25, 25-17, 25-21, 25-17 Thursday at Nicholson Pavilion.

Northwest Nazarene (4-3, 2-1) and Western Oregon (4-3, 3-0) also earned conference wins.

The Crusaders got a triple-double from Kaitlyn Tuholski and also bounced back from a first-set loss to beat Montana State Billings, 24-26, 25-23, 25-17, 25-19 at the Johnson Sports Center in Nampa.

Western Oregon needed just 74 minutes to dispose of Simon Fraser (0-7, 0-3), winning 25-12, 25-21, 25-12, at the New P.E. Building in Monmouth.

Seattle Pacific (6-3, 1-0), which came from a 21-15 deficit in the opener to get within 24-23 before Central (6-4, 1-2) closed it out, using an 8-2 run in the second set to turn a 6-6 tie into a 14-8 lead and never led by less than four after that.

In a tight third set that was tied at 16-16, the Falcons put together a 6-2 spurt to take control at 22-18. Then, they got off to a 6-1 jump in Set 4 and never let the Wildcats get closer than three.

In addition to Fellows' 21 kills, Seattle Pacific got a season-high 18 kills and 12 digs from Lindsey Wodrich and 10 kills and seven blocks from Nikki Lowell.

Swanson's 58 assists helped SPU hit for a .327 percentage (64-16-147) more than double CWU's percentage of .141. Lowell hit .400 (10-2-20) and Paige Hoffman hit .389 (8-1-18).

Central was led by Jordan Offutt with 13 kills. Erin Smith and Cheltzie Williams had 10 kills each. Meg Ryan had nine kills, but made 10 errors. Libero Anna Herold led SPU's defense with 25 digs.

Tuholski had 12 kills, 24 assists and 12 digs in Northwest Nazarene's win in becoming the second Crusader setter to reach double-figures in three categories this season.

Michelle Terpstra, who had 22 assists, 13 digs and five digs Thursday, had a triple-double - the first in the GNAC in four years - Sept. 1 against Sonoma State.

NNU was also led by Carly Draginis with 18 kills and Becky Flores with six blocks. Reisa Fessler had five blocks and Kailey Trautmann had 30 digs.

Krista Norris had 13 kills for MSUB (6-4, 0-1). Brooke Tolman had 36 assists and 26 digs and Taylor Adams had five blocks for the Yellowjackets.

Danielle Reese had 13 kills to lead Western Oregon, which limited Simon Fraser to a .012 percentage (22-21-85).

Krissi Kemper hit for a .667 percentage (8-0-12) and also had four blocks. Becky Blees led the WOU blockers with six.
