In the outdoor campaign, Ribich shattered the all-time NCAA Division II record in the 1,500 with a 3:37.35 and went on to repeat his national title in the event at the outdoor championships. Ribich swept the USTFCCCA All-Region honors by being named the West Region Athlete of the Year in Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track.

This season, Ribich was the GNAC champion in cross country, the 800-meter and mile champion indoors and the 800-meter and 1,500-meter champion outdoors.
