In our latest edition of Best of GNAC Insider, host Robert Lowery talks with Concordia junior track and field athlete Jakob Chamberlain. Part of the Cavaliers' formidable cadre of throwers, Chamberlain talks about how be became a thrower in high school and about how important good technique is to the throwing events.

Recorded prior to the GNAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, Chamberlain discussed how friendly rivalries between his teammates have helped to make him a better thrower as he aimed to bring home a title for the Cavaliers in the shot put.
