In our latest edition of Best of GNAC Insider, host Robert Lowery talks with Simon Fraser senior middle distance standout Addy Townsend. The GNAC champion in both the women's 800 meters and the mile, Townsend was named both the GNAC Championships Female Track Athlete of the Meet and was later voted by coaches as the 2020 GNAC Women's Indoor Track Athlete of the Year.

In this segment, Townsend talks about her outstanding senior season, the experience of racing twice in Boston the GNAC Indoor Championships and the prospects of competing someday for Canada in the Olympic Games.
