PORTLAND, Ore. – Another week of sports in the books meant GNAC Insider returned Tuesday at 7 p.m. (PT). Among the episode’s guests were a second-year football coach excited about the future of his program and a women's soccer player who recently struck gold.

Fresh off his program’s first victory over a Division II opponent since 2014, Simon Fraser head football coach Thomas Ford joined the show. The Clan put together four quarters of solid football on both sides of the ball and scored 24 straight points in the second half to secure a come-from-behind win at Azusa Pacific on Saturday.

In her senior campaign on the pitch, Seattle Pacific women’s soccer midfielder Megan Moore joined the show. Moore netted the golden goal in the 92nd minute of the Falcons’ 1-0 overtime win at Central Washington on Saturday.

A Second Team All-GNAC selection in 2018, Moore has helped to lead Seattle Pacific to a 6-1 conference record so far this year. The Falcons face their toughest test of the season on Thursday, however, as they head to Bellingham to go head-to-head with first-place and No. 10 Western Washington.
