Why Did You Choose To Attend MSUB: It was close to home and I knew I would have my family and community in the stands. Also, MSUB has the best elementary education program in the state.

What Is Your Favorite Class You Have Taken In College And Why: Education and psychology.  I have gotten into classes in my field but this class has made me really excited to teach kids and see the impact we can have on their lives.

Years Involved In SAAC: Three years.

The Reason I Chose To Get Involved In SAAC: I saw it as a good opportunity to get involved with my school, and it works around practice schedule as its all athletes.

Most Memorable SAAC Activity: Our SAAC retreat last year in Bellingham, Washington. I met incredible people and got awesome ideas that we can put into play this year.

What Does It Mean To Be A Division II Student-Athlete: It means I get the opportunity to compete in college athletics while getting a degree.

Future Goals After School: Get a degree in speech pathology to be a speech pathologist in schools.

Best Advice I’d Give To An Incoming Freshman: Make the most of every moment; do not take anything for granted. You are blessed to be in college athletics. Take advantage of it.
