Part of a regular series.

Throughout the year, GNACsports.com uses this space to profile conference student-athletes who are members of their respective institutions' Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). In addition to providing feedback on the student-athlete experience, conference and institutional SAAC members also offer input on the rules, regulations and policies that affect student-athletes' lives on NCAA member institution campuses. Click here for more information on the function of SAAC at the NCAA level.

Why did you choose to attend MSUB? For the MSUB men’s soccer program.

What is your favorite class you have taken in college and why? Political Communications / Pop Culture and Cultural Studies. The classes had great professors, I learned so much about life and people in general and they helped me bridge the gap between college life and the life after college.

Years involved in SAAC: Four

The reason I chose to get involved in SAAC: Give Montana something in return for all it has given me.

Most memorable SAAC activity: Night on the Van. We went around giving people food and seeing the pure emotions on their faces.

If I could change one NCAA rule, it would be: Number of years of eligibility!

What is the most important thing you've learned from balancing the demands of athletics and academics? It has taught me how to manage my time and realize what is important and what is not.

What does it mean to be a Division II student-athlete? It means the opportunity to become a better person overall.

Current mentors: My father Marc Lee, my mother Theresa Lee, my professor Samuel Boerboom, my coach Alex Balog and the MSUB athletic director Krista Montague.

Future goals after school: Simple. Help as many people I can in any way possible.

Biggest obstacle overcame during collegiate career: Dealing with poor performances on the field, being half way across the world from my family and balancing sports and my education.

Best advice I’d give to an incoming freshman: Always trust your gut.

If I could spend the day with one person (past or present), who would it be (and why)? Mahatma Gandhi or Malcolm X. The names explain themselves.

Favorite sports team: Manchester United F.C.

Favorite athlete: Roger Federer and Michael Carrick.

Most memorable sports-related moment: Senior Day.

One thing that people don't know about me is: I am a fantastic dancer!
