PORTLAND, Ore. – The seventh episode of GNAC Insider included Simon Fraser basketball forward Erin Chambers, Central Washington defensive back Isaiah Davis and Seattle Pacific midfielder Laura Moore.

The 6-1 Chambers played forward and guard for the Clan last year and was an offensive juggernaut. Her 22.9 points per game led the conference while she passed for 2.3 assists per game. She was also one of the conference leaders in free throw and three-point percentage. Chambers talked about her ever improving game.

Davis is not only one of the conference's premier defensive backs, but is also one of its top returners. Davis leads the GNAC in punt return yards and also ranks fourth in kick return yardage. On top of those accomplishments, Davis draws the responsibility for guarding the conference’s top wide receivers and is tied for seventh in passes defended. Davis enlightened Insiders about Central's upcoming matchup with Humboldt State.

Moore is part of Seattle Pacific’s offensive powerhouse. The junior midfielder ranks in the top six in almost every offensive category in the conference including goals, assists and points. She was the GNAC offensive Player of the Week two weeks ago and has her team in second place heading into this week’s showdown with first-place Western Washington. Moore talked about the team’s offensive success and helped preview its WWU matchup.

GNAC Insider airs live at 7 p.m. Pacific time every Tuesday and is produced by the conference office. All episodes become available as free podcasts via iTunes, and for archived listening via GNAC.TV.
