  • The 2013 GNAC Indoor Track and Field Championships take place this weekend in Nampa, Idaho, and GNAC Insider talks to host coach John Spatz of Northwest Nazarene University on one of the country's top indoor venues. Alaska Anchorage, which is sponsoring an indoor team for the first time, figures to have a big impact on the races for the titles in each gender. Western Oregon (men) and Seattle Pacific (women) look to extend long title runs.
  • Marie-Line Petit of Simon Fraser came off the bench to help key Simon Fraser's women's basketball victory over Western Washington last Saturday before a capacity crowd on the SFU campus. The bi-lingual guard from Quebec talks about the victory over the Vikings, and even tells GNAC Insider how to say, "GNAC Team of the Week" in French.

You can listen to GNAC Insider by navigating to http://client.stretchinternet.com/client/gnac.portal and following these steps:

1. Find Event

After navigating to the above link, select the green "ON DEMAND" tab and identify the GNAC Insider you wish to listen to from the list located on the right side of the page. The list is sorted by date, with recent GNAC Insider podcasts located at the top.

2. Click to Listen

Once you choose a GNAC Insider, click the "LISTEN" link, located to the right of theGNAC Insider description. The GNAC Insider podcast will begin streaming within a few seconds.
