Part of a regular series.
Throughout the year, GNACsports.com uses this space to profile conference student-athletes who are members of their respective institutions’ Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). In addition to providing feedback on the student-athlete experience, conference and institutional SAAC members also offer input on the rules, regulations and policies that affect student-athletes’ lives on NCAA member institution campuses.

What is your favorite class you have taken in college and why?: One of my favorite classes that I've taken so far is Exploring Music. We get to spend the entire class listening to a wide variety of music and simply enjoying it together.
Who is your favorite professor so far and why?: History professor Alissa Walter is definitely one of my favorite professors. Not only is she an excellent speaker but she's also a compassionate individual who has taken in adopted children and even goes above and beyond to assist families seeking asylum in the United States. Her dedication to her work and her students is truly inspiring.
