Part of a regular series.
Throughout the year, GNACsports.com uses this space to profile conference student-athletes who are members of their respective institutions’ Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). In addition to providing feedback on the student-athlete experience, conference and institutional SAAC members also offer input on the rules, regulations, and policies that affect student-athletes’ lives on NCAA member institution campuses.

Why did you choose to attend NNU?: I believed in what Coach Danny Bowman was building. Coach Bowman believed in me and saw what others thought were impossible dreams, but he said I could achieve those.
What is your favorite class you have taken in college and why?: My favorite class that I have taken is American History to 1867. I enjoy American history and the professor in that class was outstanding.
Who is your favorite professor to date and why?: Dr. Mollie Sweet is my favorite professor. She is the Associate Professor of accounting and human resource management at NNU and she is just great at communicating. She also is very nice and relaxed when teaching, which makes it a great learning environment.
How many years have you been involved in SAAC?: This is my first year.
What made you want to be involved in SAAC?: I felt like I could be a good influence in lawmaking within the NCAA at our institution.
