PORTLAND, Ore. – GNAC Insider wasback on the air on Tuesday night, live at 7 p.m. Pacific, featuring guests from around the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. Alaska Anchorage outside hitter Leah Swiss, Montana State Billings point guard Kendall Denham and Seattle Pacific guard Jordan McPhee were all on the show to talk live with host Rob Lowery about the latest around the conference.

Swiss is the kills leader at Alaska Anchorage, which is hosting the 2016 NCAA Division II Volleyball West Regional this weekend. The No. 1-seeded Seawolves are hosting for the second year in a row after finishing the regular season this year with a 29-2 record. In the 31 matches, Swiss recorded totals of 378 kills, 299 digs, 45 blocks and 45 aces in her sophomore season. The Seawolves will open the West Regional tournament on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. (Alaska) against Chico State.

Denham is a junior at MSU Billings, which is coming off three road victories against out-of-region opponents. The Yellowjackets beat Chadron State, Colorado Mesa and Western State Colorado last week and Denham had 32 points, nine assists and five steals in the three victories. In his first two seasons with the program, Denham was the starting points guard and led the team in assists with a total of 160 over the two years.

McPhee has played an important part in Seattle Pacific’s hot start to the 2016-17 campaign. The Falcons have gone 5-0 and is ranked No. 5 in the nation and No. 1 in the West Region. Most impressively, Seattle Pacific beat  2015-16 West Region runner-up UC San Diego and last year’s top seed Azusa Pacific on consecutive nights at a neutral site, winning by a combined margin of 43 points. McPhee has scored 45 points in the first five games to go along with 11 steals, nine assists and 20 rebounds.

All three guests will be on the 30-minute show that begins live at 7 p.m. on the West Coast.
