PORTLAND, Ore. – The latest edition of GNAC Insider, the podcast highlighting student-athletes, coaches and happenings within the Great
Northwest Athletic Conference, is now available.
To access the podcast, find the “GNAC Insider” button on the front page of the conference web site and follow the listening instructions.
In the latest episode, GNAC Insider talks with Western Washington volleyball standout Marlayna Geary, who has helped the Vikings to a
No. 18 ranking and a 4-0 preseason start; Simon Fraser men’s soccer coach Alan Koch, whose team is ranked seventh nationally and hosts a pair of key in-region non-conference games this weekend; and Central Washington athletic director Jack Bishop, who announced he will retire at the end of the academic year in June.

How to Listen to GNAC Insider
GNAC Insider is the official, free podcast of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. Each GNAC Insider includes a roundup of conference activities and events, as well as interviews with conference newsmakers. You can listen to GNAC Insider by navigating to http://client.stretchinternet.com/client/gnac.portal and following these steps:
1. Find Event
After navigating to the above link, select the green "ON DEMAND" tab and identify the GNAC Insider you wish to listen to from the list located on the right side of the page. The list is sorted by date, with recent GNAC Insider podcasts located at the top.
2. Click to Listen
Once you choose a GNAC Insider, click the "LISTEN" link, located to the right of the GNAC Insider description. The GNAC Insider podcast will begin streaming within a few seconds.
