OFFENSE
Karli White, Western Washington

White led the Vikings with six points last week, tallying four assists and a goal as Western Washington outscored its opponents 11-0. White assisted on the first two goals of the match in Thursday’s 6-0 win at Saint Martin’s then assisted on two goals and scored a goal in a 5-0 win at Western Oregon on Saturday.

Nelson played a key role in two shutouts for Western Washington. Nelson and the Vikings allowed Saint Martin’s just one shot in Thursday’s 6-0 shutout and held Western Oregon to just one shot on goal in Saturday’s 5-0 win.

AROUND THE GNAC
CENTRAL WASHINGTON
• Central Washington tied its only match of the week at Concordia, 1-1. Both teams scored early in the first half and neither found the net again.

• Concordia’s Kyra Radcliffe opened the scoring with a goal in the eighth minute but Central Washington’s Sydney Lowe responded with a goal in the 12th minute to tie the match. It was Lowe’s third goal of the season.

• Goalkeeper Emily Thomson made five saves on six shots on goal by the Cavs. She ranks fourth in the conference with a 1.10 goals against average.

• Central Washington is now 4-4-1 (2-1-1 GNAC) on the season. Up next, the Wildcats will stay home to host Simon Fraser on Thursday and Seattle Pacific on Saturday.

CONCORDIA
• Concordia dropped a 2-0 match at in-state foe Western Oregon on Thursday then tied with Central Washington, 1-1, on Saturday.

• The Cavaliers put up nine shots and two shots on goal but weren’t able to find the net in the loss at Western Oregon. Jaida Nyby had both of the Cavs’ shots on goal.

Kyra Radcliffe opened the scoring in the match against Central Washington, notching her fifth goal of the season in the eighth minute. Radcliffe is tied for third in the GNAC with her five goals.

Hailey Asato made four saves at Western Oregon then followed that with six saves against Central Washington. She ranks fourth in the conference with 33 total saves.

• Concordia is now 2-7-1 (0-3-1 GNAC) on the season. Up next, the Cavs will play at Northwest Nazarene on Thursday then will return home to host Montana State Billings on Saturday.

MONTANA STATE BILLINGS
• Montana State Billings won its only match of the week with a 1-0 win over Northwest Nazarene at home on Saturday.

Summer Miles scored the only goal of the match in the 26th minute off of an assist from Amanda Hemmen.

Alexa Iacolucci is seventh in the GNAC with 28 shots.

• Goalkeeper Erinn Harder made three saves in the 1-0 shutout. It was her fourth shutout of the season.

• Montana State Billings is now 4-4-2 (3-2-0 GNAC) on the season. Up next, the Yellowjackets will head to the Beaver State to continue conference play at Western Oregon on Thursday and Concordia on Saturday.

NORTHWEST NAZARENE
• Northwest Nazarene lost its only match of the week to Montana State Billings, 1-0.

• The Nighthawks tallied 13 shots and three shots on goal but were unable to score. Rikki Myers led Northwest Nazarene with four shots and two shots on goal.

• Myers still tops the GNAC and ranks 33rd in Division II with eight goals. She also ranks 48th in Division II with 17 points.

• Goalkeeper Alexis Montoya made three saves in the loss to the Yellowjackets. Montoya is second in the conference and ranks 48th in Division II with 57 total saves.

• Northwest Nazarene is now 5-5-1 (2-2-1 GNAC) on the season. Up next, the Nighthawks will host Concordia on Thursday before heading to Monmouth, Oregon, to go head-to-head with Western Oregon on Saturday.

SAINT MARTIN'S
• Saint Martin’s dropped its only match of the week with a 6-0 loss to Western Washington at home on Thursday.

Shea McKnight produced the Saints’ only shot in the loss to the Vikings.

Sara Christensen got the start at goalkeeper and made three saves. She was replaced by Ali Campigotto in the second half. Campigotto made five saves. As a team, the Saints top the GNAC with 71 saves.

• Saint Martin’s and Western Washington met again on Tuesday, this time in Bellingham, Washington. The Saints took another 6-0 loss in the rematch.

• Saint Martin’s is now 2-8-2 (0-5-0 GNAC) on the season. Up next, the Saints will play at Seattle Pacific on Thursday.

SEATTLE PACIFIC
• Seattle Pacific won its only match of the week with a 4-0 shutout of Simon Fraser at home on Saturday.

• Four different Falcons scored goals in the 4-0 win. Makena Rietz opened the scoring with a goal in the 25th minute followed by Sophia Chilczuk in the 34th minute. It was Chilczuk’s third goal of the season.

Sierra Smith and Toni Miranda netted the other two insurance goals for Seattle Pacific to put the Falcons up 4-0. Smith is tied for fifth in the GNAC with four goals.

• Seattle Pacific limited Simon Fraser to just two shots and one shot on goal in the shutout. Goalkeeper Riley Travis recorded her third shutout of the season. She ranks third in the conference with a 0.84 goals against average.

• Seattle Pacific moved up one spot to No. 9 in the United Soccer Coaches West Region Poll.

• Seattle Pacific is now 6-5-0 (4-1-0 GNAC) on the season. Up next, the Falcons will host Saint Martin’s on Thursday before heading to Ellensburg to play at Central Washington on Saturday.

SIMON FRASER
• Simon Fraser dropped its only match of the week with a 4-0 loss at Seattle Pacific on Saturday.

Hollis Roeske recorded the only two shots for the Clan in the match.

• Goalkeeper Nicole Anderson made two saves in the 4-0 loss. Anderson leads the GNAC and ranks 35th in Division II with 63 saves.

• The Clan tops the conference and ranks 42nd in Division II with seven saves per match.

• Simon Fraser is now 1-7-1 (1-4-0 GNAC) on the season. Up next, the Clan will stay on the road to play at Central Washington on Thursday and Western Washington on Saturday.

WESTERN OREGON
• Western Oregon split its two home matches last week, topping Concordia, 2-0, on Thursday then dropping a 5-0 match to Western Washington on Saturday.

Jacky Beristain scored the first goal for the Wolves in the 2-0 win over Concordia in the 30th minute. Kaitlin Poe added an insurance goal in the 61st minute.

Selene Konyn and Alyssa Tomasini were credited with the assists against Concordia. Tomasini is tied for second in the conference with four assists.

• Western Oregon is second in the GNAC and ranks 48th in Division II with 17 total assists.

• Goalkeeper Alex Qualls made two saves on two shots on goal by the Cavaliers. She recorded another two saves against Western Washington on Saturday.

• Western Oregon is now 5-4-2 (2-2-1 GNAC) on the season. Up next, the Wolves will finish a three-week home stand, hosting Montana State Billings on Thursday and Northwest Nazarene on Saturday.

WESTERN WASHINGTON
• Western Washington won both of its road conference matches last week, outscoring its opponents 11-0. The Vikings shut out Saint Martin’s, 6-0, on Thursday then shut out Western Oregon, 5-0, on Saturday.

• Eight different Vikings scored goals in the two shutouts. Jenna Killman and Talia Daigle were the only Vikings to score multiple goals on the week. Both players scored a goal in each match.

Karli White was named the GNAC Offensive Player of the Week after she led the Vikings with six points last week, tallying four assists and a goal. She assisted on the first two goals of Thursday’s 6-0 win over Saint Martin’s then assisted on two goals and scored a goal in the 5-0 shutout at Western Oregon on Saturday. It was White’s second time earning offensive honors this season.

Emily Nelson was named the GNAC Defensive Player of the Week after playing a key role in the two shutouts. Nelson and the Vikings allowed Saint Martin’s just one shot and held Western Oregon to just one shot on goal. Nelson is the fourth different Viking to earn defensive honors.

• Western Washington already played a match this week, topping Saint Martin’s again, 6-0, at home on Tuesday.

• Western Washington continues to climb the rankings in the United Soccer Coaches Poll, coming in at No. 12 in the latest poll.

• Western Washington is now 10-2-0 (6-0-0 GNAC) on the season and tops the GNAC standings with 18 points. Up next, the Vikings will stay home to host Simon Fraser on Saturday.
