PORTLAND, Ore. – For the fifth consecutive year, Robert Lowery will lend his experience to Great Northwest Athletic Conference Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships. The 2018-19 tourney, hosted by Western Washington University, will tip off Thursday at noon in Carver Gymnasium in Bellingham.
