PORTLAND, Ore. – Episode 44 of GNAC Insider included Northwest Nazarene volleyball coach Doug English, Montana State Billings cross country coach Dave Coppock and Seattle Pacific men’s soccer coach Mark Collings.

English is also making his second appearance on GNAC Insider this year. His Crusader volleyball team earned a No. 1 seed in the NCAA West Region on Sunday after winning the conference title on Saturday. NNU will host the first two rounds of the NCAA tournament where it plays the No. 8 seed Dixie State Thursday. English talked about how special it was to host the NCAA tournament. 

Coppock is in his 26th season coaching the Yellowjacket cross country teams. Montana State Billings is hosting 35 schools at the NCAA Division II West Region Championships on Saturday at Amend Park. The top six teams will advance to the national championships in Louisville, Ky. Coppock commented on his team as well as the preparations for the NCAA West Region course.

Collings is making his second appearance on GNAC Insider in 2014. The Seattle Pacific men’s soccer team received a one seed in the NCAA West Region and just recently beat Northwest Nazarene in the second round. The Falcons will host Cal State L.A. in the NCAA West Region finals on Thursday at 7 p.m. Collings discussed his team's win over Northwest Nazarene and talked about SPU's upcoming match against Cal State L.A.

GNAC Insider will take a week hiatus for the Thanksgiving holiday, but will return Dec. 2 for episode 45.
