PORTLAND, Ore. – The latest episode of GNAC Insider, broadcast live Tuesday evening on www.blogtalkradio.com, is now available as a downloadable podcast via iTunes and on demand via the GNAC Stretch Internet portal.

The fourth episode of the 2013-14 series features guests from Simon Fraser, Western Oregon, and Seattle Pacific.

SFU athletic director Dr. Milt Richards discussed the recent success of the Clan’s fall programs, and touched on the immediate impact first-year volleyball coach Gina Schmidt has had.

WOU head football coach Arne Ferguson provided a recap of the Wolves’ big win over Dixie State last week, as well as a look ahead to his team’s upcoming road trip to Simon Fraser this weekend.

Heather Young, who scored a pair of game-winning goals last week for Seattle Pacific’s women’s soccer team, explained the keys to the Falcons’ early success and current five-game winning streak.
