PORTLAND, Ore. - Nayo Raincock-Ekunwe of Simon Fraser and Britt Harris of Western Washington have been selected to the Daktronics NCAA Division II Women’s All-American basketball team.

Raincock-Ekunwe (6-2, Sr., Toronto, Ontario) was named to the second team, while Harris (6-2, Sr., Marysville, WA) was a third team selection.  The selections are made by the nation's Division II sports information directors.

Raincock-Ekunwe averaged 16.8 points per game and 12.4 rebounds per game this past season in earning GNAC Player of the Year honors.  She led NCAA Division II in shooting with a 65.3 percentage.

Harris, who was earlier named Daktronics West Region Player of the Year and a first-team GNAC all-star, leads the Vikings in scoring at 14.1 points per game, and is third in rebounding at 5.9. She is shooting 59.7 percent (172-of-288) from the field, which ranks third nationally.

WWU will play Nova Southeastern (23-8) in the first round of the Elite Eight on Tuesday at Bill Greehey Arena in San Antonio, Tex,  Tipoff will be at 4 p.m. Pacific time.
