I would like to welcome you to Montana State University-Billings and inform you of the athletic training services that will be provided for the upcoming year.

The Athletic Training Room is located in the lower level of Alterowitz Gymnasium at the south end of the building. The Athletic Training Room will be open two hours prior to the start of every competition. A Certified Athletic Trainer will be on duty to assist your team.

In the event your team will not be traveling with an ATC, we will be happy to provide taping services and administer any treatments. A note signed by the Head or Assistant Athletic Trainer or Team Physician must accompany your team for them to receive treatment from any electrical modality (US or E-stim). Please remember to send your team with the necessary supplies including shower towels.

The modalities and services available in the Athletic Training Room include E-Stim Units (with Combo Ultrasound), Ultrasound, Hydrocollator with packs, Warm and Cold Whirlpools, Ice Bags, Ice Cups. Splints and crutches will be available as well.

St. Vincent's Hospital is two blocks away and Deaconess Hospital is approximately four blocks away down 27 th Street. Our team physician or a physician's asst. will be present or on-call for all athletic contests.
