MSUB, WOU To Host Next 4 Cross Country Regionals
Montana State Billings will host the 2014 and 2016 championships at Amend Park in Billings, while the 2015 and 2017 events will be at Ash Creek Preserve cross country course on the Western Oregon University campus.

UAA's Friess Sweeps GNAC Coach of the Year Awards
Friess, who is in his 24th season at UAA, swept the two GNAC Coach of the Year awards for the fourth year in a row. His women's award is his eighth and his men's award is his seventh.

Tanui Leads Strong GNAC Showing at Regionals
Susan Tanui of Alaska Anchorage (12) won the NCAA Division II women's West Regional cross country individual title Saturday in a 6,000-meter time of 21:45.4 to lead the Seawolves to their fourth team title in five years.

UAA Looks to Defend GNAC Cross Country Titles Saturday
Dylan Anthony and Susan Tanui will be out to lead the Seawolves to their fourth straight men's title and fifth straight women's title, respectively. Anthony is unbeaten this year and Tanui was the national runnerup a year ago.

McConnell Named Cross Country Coach at Saint Martin's
The new Saint coach previously coached at The Evergreen State College. In addition to serving as the head cross country coach he will be an assistant with the Saint Martin's track & field program.
