Why Did You Decide To Work In Collegiate Athletics: I loved sports as a child and I loved helping others. Seeing them succeed brought pride to me as an individual, knowing that I had a small part of helping them.

Who Has Influenced You The Most As A Professional - Either As An Inspiration, A Mentor, Or Philosophically: Brad Jackson and Robin Ross.

Biggest Obstacle Overcome As A Professional: When buried with so many different needs and having people think they are the only one that exist.

Favorite Part Of Your Job: Working with all the different sports teams. They are all very unique in their sports culture.

What Does Division II Mean To You: Striving to the best of my abilities and knowing that every part is equally important not just results. It is about people.

Extracurricular Activities: Involved in my local church, golfing, camping with family and N-scale model railroading.

Best Advice You Would Give To Student-Athletes: Always give your best. It is okay to make mistakes!

If You Could Spend The Day With One Person (Past Or Present), Who Would It Be: Jesus. To be in the presence of the one who died on the cross for me and to really understand how he loved us all so much that he gave his life for mine.

Favorite Sports Team: Seattle Seahawks

Favorite Athlete: Julius "Dr. J" Erving

Most Memorable Sports-Related Moment: Being the team manager for my high school football team and winning the state championship in the Kingdome in 1980. I was the ball boy for our team and I walked out to midfield with our head coach George Potter to the meeting with the officials.
