Woodinville's Lindor To Play Golf for Vikings (11/23/11)
Kyle Lindor, a senior at Woodinville High School, has signed a national letter of intent to play men's golf at Western Washington University.
Lindor was the KingCo 4A titlist this fall, winning by four strokes, and has qualified for the state championship in May. “Kyle is a fine young player who has a bright future at Western,” said Viking coach Steve Card.
Lindor, the school's team captain and MVP for the second straight year, was a first-team all-KingCo League pick. He received honorable mention as a junior and was a second-team choice as a sophomore.
Lindor was voted Woodinville's Rookie of the Year as a freshman on a team that went undefeated and won the KingCo championship.
