Western Washington's Xavier Dailly, a junior from Burlington, received honorable mention recognition on the 2010 Golf Coaches Association of America PING All-America team. Earlier he was named to the PING West Region team.
"To be recognized with All-America honors is a tremendous accomplishment for Xavier," said Western coach Steve Card. "He had a great year and deserves all the recognition he is receiving. We are fortunate to have him as part of our team."
Dailly, a graduate of Burlington-Edison High School, led the Vikings with a 72.3 scoring average, placing among the top 10 individually in six of nine regular-season tournaments. He also took medalist honors at the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Championships.
A transfer from Washington State University, Dailly was named GNAC Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year.

The award goes to the player with the lowest season stroke average at the conclusion of the conference tournament.
Dailly, who won medalist honors Tuesday with a tournament record score of four-under par 209 at the GNAC Championships at the Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Club, is averaging 72.00 shots for 28 rounds.
Dailly also earned the GNAC Newcomer-of-the-Year award, while Jack Whealdon of Saint Martin's, who is averaging 75.86 strokes per round, won the GNAC Freshman-of-the-Year award.
Western Washington's Steve Card was voted the GNAC Coach-of-the-Year after leading the Vikings to the third straight conference title. He also won the award in both 2008 and 2009.
The Vikings posted a tournament record score of 850 in romping to a 28-stroke victory over runner-up Saint Martin's.
Earning first team all-conference honors were Dailly, Julian Peters and Nick Varelia, all of Western Washington, and Zach Dietz and Justin Lanman of Saint Martin's. Peters is a first-team repeater from 2008.
Second-team honors were won by Sam Ayotte of Western Washington; Jack Whealdon, Olof Rosborg and Kevin Jech, all from Saint Martin's, and Rowdy Hope of Northwest Nazarene. Season stroke averages also determine the all-conference awards.
