PORTLAND, Ore. - GNAC Insider returned Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. (PST) with three big guests to tip-off the madness and month of March.

Leading off the program and making his GNAC Insider debut was Northwest Nazarene men's basketball guard Adonis Arms. A big week lies ahead for the Nighthawks as they enter the GNAC Championships as the No. 3 seed.

The team is coming off a campaign in which it went 19-7 (14-6 GNAC), finishing in third-place in the league standings. This year marks the program's second-ever trip to the championships, and they have been led the whole way by Arms. The junior finished the regular season leading the team in points (20.9 per game), assists (3.3), steals (2.0) and blocks (0.9).

Also joining the show was Steve Card, the athletic director at Western Washington University. Card has been with the Vikings for about three decades and was promoted to the full-time Director of Athletics position in 2014.

It's been a banner season for WWU, highlighted by their volleyball team's national runner-up finish in December. On the hardwood, the women's basketball team is postseason bound and will get to play in front of its home crowd as the school hosts this week's GNAC Championships.

The Vikings finished in a tie for fifth place and will face No. 3 seed Simon Fraser in a border battle quarterfinal on Thursday afternoon. Card joined the program to talk about the upcoming tournament and more ahead of a big week for his program.

Tuesday's show was rounded out by a visit from Simon Fraser women's basketball sophomore Ozioma Nwabuko. Nwabuko has helped guide the Clan to a third-place finish and a top-three seed in the upcoming championships. The forward is averaging 9.0 points and 5.6 rebounds per game as postseason play begins.
