PORTLAND, Ore. – GNAC Insider returned Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. (PST) with a stacked show to wind down the month of November.

Leading off the show was Central Washington women's basketball guard Sadie Mensing. Mensing is in her senior season in Ellensburg and is averaging 9.4 points and 3.1 assists per game heading into the start of conference play this week.

Mensing is coming off a sensational junior campaign in which she led the Wildcats in scoring. Her standout performances were recognized heading into her final year on campus as the senior was named to the GNAC's Preseason All-Conference Team last month.

Central Washington is one of just three undefeated teams remaining throughout the league. Mensing has helped lead her club to victories in each of its first five games and will play host to No. 3 Alaska Anchorage on Thursday night.

GNAC Insider was also joined by Simon Fraser athletic director Theresa Hanson. It's a big week for Hanson as both of the Clan cross country teams will be competing in the NCAA Division II Championships on Saturday in Pittsburgh.

Both SFU basketball teams are off to hot starts as well, compiling a combined 8-3 record through three weeks of play. She will touch on those topics and much, much more as crossover season draws to a close north of the border.
