PORTLAND, Ore. - Simon Fraser senior Erin Chambers picked up her third all-American selection Tuesday, being named to the Women's Division II Bulletin all-American third team.

Chambers, the GNAC Player of the Year, was the nation’s third leading scorer at 23.5 points per game. She ranked in the top 10 in the GNAC in assists, free throw percentage and three-pointers made this season while helping the Clan reach their fifth straight conference tournament.

The forward became the GNAC’s all-time scoring leader earlier this season, finishing her career with 1,946 points. The two-time Daktronics first-team West Region selection will also end her conference career in the top 15 all-time in three-point field goals made, free throws made and free throw percentage.

Alaska Anchorage's Megan Mullings, Montana State Billings' Kayleen Goggins and Seattle Pacific's Suzanna Ohlsen were all named to the honorable mention Bulletin All-American team.

Mullings was also selected to the 2015 Daktronics/Division II and the Women's Basketball Coaches Associations honorable mention all-American teams earlier this month. The junior was the GNAC Newcomer of the Year after transferring from South Mountain Community College. She helped lead the Seawolves to the GNAC regular-season and tournament titles along with the No. 1 ranking in the nation in her first season with the team.

Mullings led the Seawolves with 13.6 points per game while also leading the conference in shooting percentage at 60.4 percent. That percentage also ranked fourth nationally.

Goggins and Ohlsen were chosen as WBCA honorable mention all-Americans in addition to the Bulletin honor.

The two were the second and third leading scorers in the GNAC this season, Goggins scoring 20.0 points per game while Ohlsen averaged 17.7. Both also reached the 1,000-point plateau as well earlier in the year as the two seniors finish their careers in the top 20 all-time in scoring in the GNAC.

Two other West Region players were selected to the Bulletin team. Cal Poly Pomona's Jada Blackwell was selected as a first team All-American while Hawaii Pacific's Morganne Comstock, the West Region Player of the Year, was named to the honorable mention team.

The DII Bulletin National Player of the Year was Wayne State University's Shareta Brown, who also garnered Daktronics Player of the Year honors. Other first team selections included Fort Hays State's Kate Lehman, West Texas A&M's Chontiquah White, CPP's Blackwell, and Augustana's Shaunteva Ashley.

Both Chambers and Mullings were named to the Daktronics West Region first team earlier this month as well while Ohlsen was named to the second team.

Mullings head coach, Ryan McCarthy, was named as the WBCA Region 8 Coach of the Year. McCarthy led the Seawolves to one of their most successful seasons in school history. At 29-2, McCarthy led UAA to regular-season and GNAC titles while earning GNAC Coach of the Year honors and hosting the NCAA West Region tournament.

His team finished first nationally in steals for the second straight year at 15.0 per game. The Seawolves also ranked second in scoring margin at 19.8 per game.

McCarthy becomes one of eight finalists for the Pat Summitt United States Marine Corps/WBCA NCAA Division II National Coach of the Year award which will be announced April 6.
