PORTLAND, Ore. -- After 12 years in Spokane, Wash., the headquarters of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference have relocated to Portland, Ore., according to GNAC Commissioner Dave Haglund.

The GNAC is leasing space at 6901 SE Lake Road in Portland, just minutes from I-205, I-5 and downtown.

"We believe this will be a positive change for the GNAC," said Haglund in announcing the relocation. "Portland is centrally located to our conference membership, and this move reflects a desire by our GNAC CEO Board to have the headquarters in the I-5 corridor."
