PORTLAND, Ore. - Tickets are available online at a discounted price at EventBrite for the 2013 Great Northwest Athletic Conference Men’s and Women’s championship basketball tournament.

The tournament will be held March 6-9 at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey, Wash.  Online tickets are available until March 5 at 11:50 p.m.

Two women’s games will tip off the tournament on Wednesday, March 6 beginning at 5:15 p.m.  The men’s tournament will begin Thursday, March 7 with two first-round games, also beginning at 5:15 p.m.

The women’s semifinals will be played Friday, March 8 at noon and 2:15 p.m., followed by the men’s semis at 5:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

The championship games will be played Saturday, March 9.  The women’s game tips off at 5:15 followed by the men’s contest at 7:30 p.m.

Both of Saturday’s championship games will be televised on ROOT Sports with Brad Adam calling the play-by-play and Bill Krueger providing the color commentary.

The winners of the GNAC championship games will earn automatic berths in the NCAA Division II West Regional tournaments, which begin Friday, March 15 at a site to be determined.

The NCAA will announce the eight qualifiers and pairings for the regional tournaments on Sunday, March 10.

The regional winners advance to the NCAA Division II Elite Eight.

The quarterfinals and semifinals of the men's Elite Eight will be played Mar. 28 and Mar. 30 at Freedom Hall in Louisville.  The championship game will be played Sunday, April 7 at Philips Arena in Atlanta, Ga.

The women's Elite Eight is scheduled for March 26-29 at Bill Greehey Arena in San Antonio, Tex.
