• Seattle Pacific men's basketball coach Ryan Looney, whose Falcons (13-2, 6-1 GNAC) climbed to No. 5 in the latest Top 25 poll, talks about his team. SPU hosts Western Oregon and Saint Martin's this week as it tries to keep pace with No. 2-ranked and unbeaten Western Washington (16-0, 7-0 GNAC).

• The women's basketball team at Saint Martin's University has won seven of its last 10 games and has exceeded last year's win total. Hear from head coach Tim Healy and redshirt freshman MacKenzie Taylor talk about the GNAC Team of the Week for the period ending Jan. 20.

• SPU athletic director Erin O'Connell and approximately 30 other GNAC administrators are back in the Northwest after attending last week's NCAA Convention in Dallas. O'Connell, a member of two important NCAA committees (Management Council and Membership) gives her thoughts on action taken at last week's gathering of DII administrators.

GNAC Insider is the official, free podcast of the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. Each GNAC Insider includes a roundup of conference activities and events, as well as interviews with conference newsmakers. You can listen to GNAC Insider by navigating to http://client.stretchinternet.com/client/gnac.portal and following these steps:

1. Find Event

After navigating to the above link, select the green "ON DEMAND" tab and identify the GNAC Insider you wish to listen to from the list located on the right side of the page. The list is sorted by date, with recent GNAC Insider podcasts located at the top.

2. Click to Listen

Once you choose a GNAC Insider, click the "LISTEN" link, located to the right of the GNAC Insider description. The GNAC Insider podcast will begin streaming within a few seconds.
