BROOKFIELD, Ill. – Capping off a stellar career that saw him excel in all aspects of the kicking game, Azusa Pacific senior kicker Jacob Hall has been named to the Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-America Third Team.

Hall, who earned First Team All-GNAC honors at both punter and kicker, earned the third team selection as a punter. The senior led the conference with 43.3 yards per punt in 47 punts over 12 games as the Cougars finished sixth in Division II in net punting with 38.96 yards per punt. Hall finished his career at No. 6 on the GNAC career list for punting average (41.4 yards per punt) and No. 17 in punting yards (5,421).

In addition to his All-American selection, Hall was named to the Don Hansen All-Super Region 4 Second Team and the D2CCA All-Super Region 4 Second Team.

Three GNAC players were named as honorable mentions to the Don Hansen All-America Team: Azusa Pacific linebacker Aaron Berry, Central Washington quarterback Reilly Hennessey and CWU offensive tackle James Moore.

Moore was the GNAC’s lone selection to the Don Hansen All-Super Region 4 team. Earning second team all-region honors were Hennessey, Hall, Berry and Azusa Pacific linebacker Ma’ake Muti.

Seven players received third-team all-region accolades. Central Washington was represented by running backs Michael Roots and Cedric Cooper, offensive tackle Luke Asbjornsen and linebacker Donte Hamilton. Azusa Pacific was represented by center Sakalaia Hungalu and safety Quentin Frazier. Western Oregon’s lone selection was defensive tackle Isaiah Molden.
