PORTLAND, Ore. - GNAC Insider returned Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. (PST) with a trio of guests as we begin to look ahead to crossover season.

Starting off the show was Western Washington forward/center Kelsey Rogers, who is tied at the top of the GNAC scoring list this season. Rogers is in her second season in Bellingham.

The sophomore is averaging 15.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game for the Vikings. She has scored in double figures in her past 11 contests, including in Saturday's 75-67 victory at Saint Martin's.

Western Washington currently sits at 10-6 (5-3 GNAC) as the first half of GNAC play draws to a close. The club hosts a pair of huge contests this week, starting on Thursday evening against No. 2 Northwest Nazarene and culminating two nights later against rival Central Washington.

Up in Burnaby, the Simon Fraser men's basketball team is preparing to host Alaska Anchorage and Alaska this week. The Clan are coming off a victory in one of the most exciting games of the season, a 112-107 triple-overtime win over Montana State Billings.

Leading his team to that thrilling victory was guard Michael Provenzano. The junior tallied a game-high 32 points and six assists for SFU, improving his club's record to 8-8 in the process. Provenzano joined the show to talk about his season thus far and the triple-overtime thriller while previewing the road ahead.

GNAC Insider was also joined by Concordia Director of Golf Lindsay Aho. Aho is in her first season as the school's Director of Golf and was a member of the Cavaliers' women's team from 2008-10.

Most recently, Aho helped lead both the CU men and women's teams in offering free golf clinics to members of the community. Concordia partnered with the Portland Parks & Recreation Department to offer these instructional courses, which have been running on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The clinics go through February 7 at four different sites around the city of Portland.
