PORTLAND, Ore. – Episode 20 of GNAC Insider is now available as a free podcast via iTunes and for archived listening via the GNAC Stretch Internet portal under the 'on-demand' tab.

Joining host Kevin Young on Episode 20 were Seattle Pacific men’s basketball head coach Ryan Looney, Montana State Billings softball head coach Lisa Allen, and Northwest Nazarene Track & Field head coach John Spatz.

Looney made his second appearance as a guest on GNAC Insider on Tuesday, and discussed the Falcons’ upcoming showdown with WWU this Saturday in Seattle at 7:30 p.m. Pacific time. The last time the two teams met, SPU snapped WWU’s historic 36-game home court winning streak, with a 76-60 victory on Jan. 15 in Bellingham.

Allen’s Yellowjackets arrived home in Billings on Monday after hosting the Fifth Annual Desert Stinger softball tournament in Las Vegas last weekend. Allen reflected on the 32-team 80-game tournament, and provided insight about her 2014 squad.

Spatz and the Crusaders are preparing to host the 2014 GNAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, set for Feb. 21-22 at the Ford Idaho Center in Nampa. The 12-year coaching veteran previewed the meet and talked about some of NNU’s top runners.

GNAC Insider airs live at 7 p.m. Pacific time every Tuesday and is produced by the conference office in conjunction with Soundbrook. All episodes become available as free podcasts via iTunes, and for archived listening via the GNAC Stretch Internet portal.
