PORTLAND, Ore. – Alaska Anchorage men’s basketball coach Rusty Osborne, Western Oregon baseball coach Kellen Walker, and Saint Martin’s softball coach Rick Noren joined host Kevin Young on the latest edition of GNAC Insider, which is now available as a podcast via iTunes.

Osborne made his second appearance as a guest on GNAC Insider, and discussed his team’s upcoming road trip to Bellingham on Saturday to challenge Western Washington in the GNAC Game of the Week on ROOT SPORTS.

Walker, whose Wolves have been favored to repeat as Great Northwest Athletic Conference champions for the 13th-straight season, touched on his squad’s upcoming road trip to California this weekend. WOU kicks off its 2014 campaign on Saturday with a three-game set against Cal State Monterey Bay.

Taking the SMU softball program from the lower part of the conference standings to 2013 GNAC Champions, Noren’s 2014 squad was a unanimous pick to repeat as title winners this season. Noren talked about the impact of returning a pair of All-Americans in Lacey McGladrey and Sam Munger, as well as his team’s road trip to California beginning Saturday.
