PORTLAND, Ore. – For the second season in a row, an officiating crew has been selected to work one of two NCAA Division II football national semifinal games.

The crew has been selected to work the game between West Georgia and Northwest Missouri State on Sat., Dec. 12, in Marysville, Mo. The crew includes referee Bob Rose, umpire Kurt Renstrom, head linesman John Fallman, line judge Ben Keller, side judge Eric Cheatley, field judge Brent Baumann, back judge John Downing and alternate official Steven Anderson.

This is the third playoff game that this GNAC crew has worked this season. They officiated the first round game between Emporia State and Minnesota St. Mankato on Nov. 21 and then worked the quarterfinals between Midwestern State (Texas) and Colorado St.-Pueblo at Pueblo, Colo.

Baumann and Cheatley were also part of the GNAC crew that was selected to work the 2014 Division II Championship game. This is the ninth playoff game for GNAC football officials over the last six years and the second time in as many years that GNAC officials have worked a semifinal game.
