PORTLAND, Ore. - GNAC Insider returned Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m. (PDT) with three big guests to close the month October.

Starting off the show was Tyrell Williams, the Los Angeles Chargers leader in receiving touchdowns this season. Williams has been with the Chargers since 2015 after playing collegiately at Western Oregon.

In the middle of one of his top years since leaving Monmouth, Williams has recorded 428 receiving yards on 20 catches and four touchdowns. The receiver has helped lead Los Angeles to a 5-2 start to the season.

While with the Wolves, he posted a school-record 165 receptions for 2,792 yards and 21 touchdowns. He will be back in action this Sunday at CenturyLink Field against the Seattle Seahawks.

Up in Portland, Concordia women's soccer team is preparing to host and compete as the No. 2 seed in this week's GNAC Championships. The Cavaliers will battle third-seeded Seattle Pacific in Thursday's semifinal match at Tuominen Yard.

The team has been led in part by senior Sydney Van Steenberge. The forward ranks inside the top-three on the club in both points (11) and goals (five) at the completion of regular season action. Van Steenberge joined the show to talk about her performance thus far while previewing the road ahead in postseason play.

GNAC Insider was also joined by Alaska Anchorage harrier Felix Kemboi. Kemboi is the reigning GNAC Freshman of the Year and will be looking to build on last year's third-place finish at the GNAC Championships this weekend. The conference's annual cross country meet will be held at Ash Creek Preserve in Monmouth on Saturday morning.
