| General Meet Information | |
| Host: | The Great Northwest Athletic Conference and the Spokane Regional Sports Commission. |
| Coaches Meeting: | The coaches meeting will be Nov. 4 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Maribeau Park Hotel. Declarations and packet pickup will be Nov. 4 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Mirabeau Park Hotel. |
| Trainers/Medical: | The Rockwood Clinic will supply training services. See participants manual. |
| Course Description: | Starting stretch of 600m+, undulating challenges each lap, all grass course with several 6 feet asphalt perpendicular crossings. Very spectator friendly course with a 200m straight finish stretch that is great for viewing. |
| National Qualifying: | The top four men's and women's finishers will return to Spokane on Nov. 19 to compete in the NCAA meet. Additionally the top two individuals from a non-qualifying team will also advance to the national meet. |
| Awards: | No official NCAA awards are presented at the regional meet. National qualifiers will be recognized in a ceremony once the official results are certified. The Top 25 finishers in each race are recognized by the USTFCCCA as all-region award winners. This is a change over previous years where only the Top 15 finishers earned all-region honors. |
